From the first impression of meeting Paul, through to the completion of the project (rear, side and front extension over 1 and 2 levels) we were very impressed. He has a very good team of people working for him. His initial quote was not the cheapest (equally it was not the most expensive) but it was clearly broken down and compared to others seemed good value for money but at a good quality. As is the nature of any sort of project of this size there were a couple of minor issues but Paul was very quick to take appropriate action and rectify the issue. We chose Property Rejuvenation after speaking to a few local people who also had their loft converted by Paul and his team. We had various different builders around but immediately knew after meeting with Paul that he would get the job! The work was due to take 12 weeks it ran just over but the quality of the work was excellent and worth the wait. Paul’s team left the property clean and tidy every day. All the finishing off jobs at the end got done without the fuss even down to the last small gap that needed filling in. I would definitely recommend Paul and his team at Property Rejuvenation.  We were really pleased with the work the guys carried out and I am not surprised you see his signs all around the Moulsham area.
